Balfour Beatty Hand Applicator This is a prototype tape applicator made for Balfour Beatty to be used for overhead line working where the applicator had to be tethered to the workers harness in case it was dropped from height. We designed this hand applicator and had a trial model 3D printed and this was approved by Balfour Beatty. They then had a production model manufactured by a Chinese moulding company. View

Drawn Metals Aluminium Beam Tapping Machine Our aluminium beam taping machine is custom built for the extrusion industry and has to be very robust to withstand being bashed by heavy aluminium sections. This machine applies tape on up to 4 sides of the beams and gives rapid throughput with beams being fed through one after another. View
