This feed equipment is made for extrusion companies that extrude in materials such as EPDM, Santoprene and other compliant mediums to control length accurately for precisely cut to length parts.
We manufacture this brass wire feed equipment to feed 0.25mm diameter brass wire from spool to feed into a cross head extrusion die.
The wire bonds with the extrusion to make it stable to be able to cut it to precise length after tape has been applied by our tape application section of the extrusion taping machine.
The wire is strightened with a roller straightener and for ease of starting this wire feed machine has power facility to ease the wire into the extrusion die at matched speed.
