The extrusion taping machine shown here is made to run in line with the customers extrusion machine and the speed of the taping machine is matched to the speed of the extrusion machine to make them operate together.
The extrusion has to be treated to increase surface density and we can do this by using plasma or primer. Plasma has safety advantages over primer in that therre are no hazardous fumes to extract and it also requires little maintenance.
The taped extrusion is measured and accurately cut into lengths and then fed from the end of our machine. It can be auto unloaded and packed if required.
Tape used for this taping process is on large spools and 10,000 metres of tape are on the spool.
Our taping solutions can be used with all the well known brands.
