These special tape machines apply a film of adhesive and remove the filmic liner to a rewind spool or shredder. This type of tape machine can be made as a bench mounted tape machine or a fully automated tape machine to fit into a tape production process or assembly line.
These filmic tape heads are specially developed for processes where the tape adhesive is left exposed for the sheet to fold over to be adhered to it. Adhesive lengths are precisely controlled and by automatic sheet feeding we can also bond parts together all in the same process if required.
