Battery tray die-cut application machine for Nissan. A service provided for custom Automation for the Automotive Industry. Parts are 100% inspected by Vision system with reject parts placed at the rear of the machine for manual intervention and good parts placed on the conveyor system. Currently parts are manually loaded but it is designed to be easily modified for robot loading to minimise labour cost. It is custom designed and built in house and typifies the bespoke nature of die-cut application that we build for companies worldwide.
