Our new process assist tape applicator for VHB tape
Smart Tec Automation offer to our customers this efficient machine for the accurate application of VHB tape.
The above machine was built to apply VHB tape to the faces of load restraint rail which bond to the vehicle side panels.
It is a versatile machine with guide faces for the restraint rail and also two tracks of guide rollers to give the capability to process narrow and wide rectangular sections as per production requirements.
If your product has a profile that is not suited to the standard guide rails we can design and supply custom rails as required.
The applicator above is for bench mounting and supplied with fasten down brackets but we can also supply a floor mounted stand if this is more suitable.
