A custom designed bespoke gasket placement machine built in house for a first tier automotive industry supplier to apply gaskets to Range Rover door lock strikers.
It satisfied the requirement to produce completed parts to a 3 second cycle time, parts are 100% inspected by camera with reject parts ejected and good parts batch counted.
Currently parts are manually loaded but it is designed to have parts loaded by robot to minimise labour cost.
It is custom designed and built in house and typifies the bespoke nature of tape and gasket automation that we build for companies worldwide.
